Essa semana recebi um e-mail de um seguidor. É algo que parece bem duro, mas é mais comum do que se imagina… é necessário se trabalhar crenças e estou certo que um bom coach ou terapeuta cognitivo comportamental consegue trabalhar bem essa pessoa.
